Dear Kristy,
You and I have been through a lot together, but there's one thing you continually do that drives both of us crazy. You get involved in things that you should stay clear of. You have enough problems and issues of your own, do not take anyone elses shit and add it to your shit, you might find that you and I will end up being in a world of shit that neither of us can or want to deal with. IE: Note to self....
Please don't do this to us anymore.
