to curve or not to curve...a quandry for the straight girl

ok..so now I'm confused. One says Curves is great, another says it sucks. I would say that my friend "C" says it sucks because
she's a guru of excercise and is in great shape. IE: not in the physical shape and condition of an old lady. lol I don't look
like an old lady but one might be able to outrun me. I have a coupon deal for a week trial at Curves, so nothing to lose but my time.
eh? 20 years....frig, I can't believe she and I have been friends for 20 years....seems unreal...
