From now until October, Seventh Generation, producer of chlorine-free toilet paper, facial tissue, tampons and more, will give a box of tampons or pads to a women�s shelter every time visitors to Tampontification drag the heart to the shelter - a virtual donation, no money changes hands.
Says the eco-company, �You and I may take our monthly trips down the feminine care aisle for granted, but, for women in shelters, a box of tampons is five dollars they can�t spare.�
